These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unload platform, operated by Mobility Codes, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unload, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mobility Codes.

2. Service Description

Unload is a SaaS platform that enables e-commerce merchants to automatically transform their documents (invoices, purchase orders, packing lists) into Shopify-ready product cards using artificial intelligence. The service includes document upload, AI-powered extraction, product card generation, and export functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information, (b) maintain the security of your credentials, (c) promptly update any changes to your information, (d) accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not upload malicious, illegal or infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Not use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use

5. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are displayed on our website and are in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days notice. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service. Content generated by our AI belongs to you. The Unload platform, including its code, design, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data. We recommend reviewing product cards before publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unload shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of: violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
