Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unload platform, operated by Mobility Codes, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unload, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mobility Codes.

2. Service Description

Unload is a SaaS platform that enables e-commerce merchants to automatically transform their documents (invoices, purchase orders, packing lists) into ready-to-sell product sheets for their online store (Shopify, PrestaShop) using artificial intelligence. The service includes document upload, AI-powered extraction, product sheet generation and enrichment, and transfer to your store.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. The service is intended for professionals acting in the course of their business activity (B2B). You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information, (b) maintain the security of your credentials, (c) promptly update any changes to your information, (d) accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not upload malicious, illegal or infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Not use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use

5. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are displayed on our website and are in euros (EUR). Access to the service is offered as a monthly subscription (Starter, Pro, Business plans). On Shopify, subscriptions are billed by Shopify and charged on your Shopify invoice; each plan includes a 15-day free trial (once per store, tracked by Shopify), and mid-cycle plan changes are charged or credited pro rata by Shopify. On PrestaShop, subscriptions are billed through PrestaShop Billing under the conditions shown in the subscription funnel. Each plan includes a monthly quota of product sheets, counted only when transferred to your store; the quota resets at every billing cycle. Installing the app is free and lets you create and enrich product sheets without transferring them to your store; transfers require a subscription. Purchased credits (automatic image fetching) are independent from the subscription and remain valid for 12 months; credit purchases are processed by Stripe or charged through your platform's billing. Cancellation takes effect according to your platform's billing terms. We reserve the right to modify our prices with 30 days notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments by business customers incur interest at the European Central Bank rate plus 10 points and a €40 fixed recovery indemnity (Articles L.441-9 and L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents and data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service. Content generated by our AI belongs to you. The Unload platform, including its code, design, and trademarks, remains our exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data. We recommend reviewing product cards before publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unload shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of: violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal des activités économiques de Paris (France), subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
