Connect Unload to Claude as an MCP connector to import, review, validate and publish product cards from a conversation.
Use Unload inside Claude
Unload connects to Claude as an MCP connector. Once linked, you can drive your whole catalog from a conversation — import a supplier document, review and fix product cards, check for duplicates, and publish to your store, without leaving Claude.
What you can do
- Import a supplier invoice, product sheet or catalog export and turn it into product cards.
- Track enrichment, image studio (background removal) and import progress.
- Review and fix card titles, descriptions, SEO and variants.
- Validate cards and publish them to Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop.
- Check your plan, credits and connected stores.
Connect the connector
Add Unload in Claude
In Claude, open the connectors menu and add Unload — search for it in Claude's connector directory, or add it as a custom connector using the URL shown in Unload under Settings → Integrations. Claude opens the Unload sign-in screen.
Sign in with your store email
Enter the email address of your Unload account. Unload emails you a one-time sign-in link — there is no password to remember.
Open the link and approve
Open the link on the same device, then approve the consent screen. Claude is now connected to your Unload organization.
Start working
Ask Claude things like "Import this supplier invoice", "Show my latest product cards", "Fix the SEO titles", or "Publish my validated cards to my store". Claude always asks for confirmation before it validates or publishes.
The connector only accesses your own organization's data, over a secure OAuth connection. You can revoke access at any time from Claude's connector settings.
Troubleshooting
- No sign-in email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the exact email address of your Unload account. The link expires after 15 minutes — if it lapsed, just ask Claude to reconnect to send a fresh one.
- Tools return nothing? Connect a store and run at least one import first, so there are product cards to show. Use "Show my connected stores" to confirm a store is linked.
- A publish was refused? Publishing requires validated cards and an available plan quota. Ask Claude to "show my plan" to check your remaining credits.

Security
Sign-in is passwordless — a magic link sent to your account email — and the connection is scoped to your organization. Claude cannot see other merchants' data, and every write action (validating or publishing cards) requires your confirmation.
