These terms govern your use of the Unload platform, operated by Mobility Codes, based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.

1. Acceptance

By using Unload, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Unload is a SaaS platform that transforms documents into Shopify-ready product cards using AI.

3. Registration

You must create an account and maintain credential security. You must be 18+ or have legal capacity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not upload malicious, illegal or infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Not use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use

5. Pricing

Prices in USD, billed monthly/annually. 30 days notice for price changes. Credits valid 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your documents. AI-generated content belongs to you. Unload platform remains our property.

7. Liability

Service provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Verify product cards before publishing.

8. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Not liable for force majeure interruptions.

9. Termination

You may terminate anytime. We may suspend for violations, non-payment, or fraud.

10. Modifications

We may modify terms with 30 days notice. Continued use means acceptance.

11. Governing Law

French law applies. Paris courts have jurisdiction.
