Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (EU). Documents are deleted after 30 days.

• Cloud service providers (Google Cloud, Firebase) - for hosting and storage
• Payment processors (Stripe) - for payment processing
• AI providers (Anthropic) - for document processing (data anonymized)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify) - for product synchronization with your store

11. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store, we access:

• Store information: shop name, domain, primary locale
• Product data: titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, inventory levels
• Product metadata: tags, collections, product types

Data used exclusively for syncing products to your store. We do not access customer data, orders, or payments.

Shopify tokens stored securely. Deleted immediately when you disconnect.

Complies with Shopify API Terms and GDPR webhooks for data deletion.

12. Chrome-extensie — Afbeeldingen vastleggen

De Unload Image Capture-extensie is een optioneel hulpmiddel waarmee u productafbeeldingen van leverancierswebsites rechtstreeks in uw Unload-productkaarten kunt opslaan.

• De extensie is alleen actief tijdens een opnamesessie die expliciet is gestart vanuit het Unload-platform
• Elke afbeeldingsopname vereist een handmatige klik — geen automatische of achtergrondverzameling
• Alleen de URL van de afbeelding die u expliciet selecteert wordt naar onze servers verzonden
• Er wordt geen browsegeschiedenis, cookies, formuliergegevens of persoonlijke informatie verzameld of geraadpleegd
• Er worden geen gegevens verzameld wanneer de extensie inactief is (buiten een opnamesessie)

Vastgelegde afbeeldingen worden door onze servers gedownload en opgeslagen in uw Unload-account (Firebase Storage) als onderdeel van uw productkaarten. Dit vervangt het handmatige proces van rechts klikken, opslaan en opnieuw uploaden van productafbeeldingen.

De extensie vraagt de 'activeTab'-toestemming om de opnameknop op de huidige pagina weer te geven, en de 'storage'-toestemming om de sessiestatus te bewaren. Er wordt geen toegang gevraagd tot browsegeschiedenis, bladwijzers of andere browsergegevens.

Afbeeldings-URL's worden verzonden naar de Firebase Cloud Functions van Unload voor download en opslag. Er worden geen gegevens gedeeld met derden. Alle communicatie maakt gebruik van HTTPS-versleuteling.
