Transfer to Shopify
Send your finished products from Unload to your Shopify store, including images, variants, pricing, and SEO metadata.
Transfer products to Shopify
Once your product cards are complete -- titles, descriptions, prices, images, and variants all reviewed -- you can publish them to your Shopify store in a single operation.
Make sure Shopify is connected
Before your first transfer, your Shopify store must be connected. Go to Settings > Integrations and verify that your store appears as connected. If not, see Connect Your Shopify Store.
Select products to transfer
On the Products page, check the products you want to send. You can select individual products or click "Select all" in the toolbar to select every product on the page.
Click "Send to Shopify"
Click the "Send to Shopify" button in the selection toolbar. If any selected products match existing Shopify listings, the duplicate detection modal will appear (see Avoid Duplicates). Otherwise, the transfer begins immediately.
What gets transferred
Unload sends the following data for each product:
- Title and description
- Price
- Variants (sizes, colors, and other options)
- Images (in the order they appear on your product card)
- SEO metadata (page title and description)
- ALT text for images (auto-generated for search engine indexing)
Verify on Shopify
Open your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Products. Your newly transferred products will appear with all information, images, and variants already populated. Products are created in Draft status on Shopify so you can do a final check before publishing them to your storefront.
Review prices and variants carefully before transferring. While you can edit products on Shopify after transfer, it is faster to fix issues in Unload where you have all your supplier data in context.
Image ALT text is generated automatically to improve your store's SEO. Search engines index ALT text, which helps your product images appear in Google Image results.
Transfer costs
Each product transfer costs approximately 0.02 EUR per product, 0.01 EUR per image, and 0.01 EUR per variant. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm the transfer.
