Top Up Credits
Add balance to your Unload account using preset or custom amounts, with payment handled through Stripe.
Top up your balance
Unload uses a prepaid balance system. When your balance runs low, top it up from the Billing page to continue processing products and images.
Open the Billing page
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Billing" from the sub-menu. At the top of the page you will see your Balance card showing your current balance, total amount spent, and the number of jobs processed.
Choose a top-up amount
Below the balance card, select one of the five preset amounts:
- 10 EUR
- 25 EUR
- 50 EUR
- 100 EUR
- 200 EUR
If none of these fit your needs, enter a custom amount in the input field.
Complete payment
Click the top-up button. You will be redirected to a secure payment page. Enter your payment details and confirm. Once the transaction is approved, you are automatically brought back to Unload.
Balance available immediately
Your balance is updated as soon as payment is confirmed. You can verify the new amount on the Balance card and see the transaction listed in your Transaction history at the bottom of the Billing page.
If you close the payment page before completing the transaction, the top-up will not go through and your balance will remain unchanged. You can start a new top-up at any time.
The Usage chart on the Billing page shows your spending over time. Use it to estimate how much balance you will need for upcoming imports and plan your top-ups accordingly.
How much balance do I need?
A typical import of 50 products with images costs roughly 1 to 2 EUR. See Understand Credits for a full breakdown of per-operation costs.
