How It Works

Import -- Upload your supplier documents

From the Dashboard, drag files into the upload dropzone or click to browse your computer. Unload accepts PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, PNG, JPEG, GIF, JSON, and TXT files up to 50 MB each. You can upload multiple files at once.

After uploading, click "Analyze content". The AI reads every page and extracts product data: titles, descriptions, prices, variants, and images. You can add optional instructions in the Custom instructions textarea to guide the extraction (for example, "prices are in USD" or "ignore accessories").

Once analysis is complete, click "Process documents" to generate your product cards.

Enrich -- Review and polish your products

Navigate to Products in the sidebar. You will see all extracted products displayed in a responsive grid. Click any product to open its detail panel on the right side, where you can edit the title, description, and price directly.

Use the Image Studio to clean up product photos in batch. The Studio can remove backgrounds, reframe images, and apply a uniform style (background color, aspect ratio) so every listing looks consistent.

If images are missing, install the Unload Chrome extension to capture photos and metadata directly from your supplier's website.

Transfer -- Send products to Shopify

Select the products you want to publish and click "Send to Shopify" in the toolbar. Unload transfers titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, SEO metadata, and ALT text in a single operation.

If a product already exists in your Shopify store, the duplicate detection modal gives you options for each match: create a new product, update specific fields on the existing product, add to stock, or skip entirely.
