Add team members to your organization, assign roles, and manage permissions for collaborative product management.
Invite team members to your organization
Unload supports multi-user organizations. You can invite colleagues and assign specific roles to control who can do what. All team members share the same products, balance, and Shopify connection.
Open the Team page
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then select "Team" from the sub-menu. You will see a list of current members with their roles.
Send an invitation
Click the "Invite member" button. In the dialog that appears, enter the person's email address and select a role:
- Admin -- Full access to all features, including billing, integrations, and team management. Shown with a shield icon.
- Member -- Can upload documents, edit products, run Studio processing, and transfer to Shopify. Cannot access billing or team settings.
- Viewer -- Read-only access. Can browse products and view data but cannot make changes.
Click "Invite" to send the invitation.
Your colleague accepts the invitation
The invited person receives an email with an invitation link. Clicking the link takes them to Unload where they can create their account (or sign in if they already have one) and join your organization immediately.

The Owner is the person who created the organization. Owner status cannot be transferred. Admins have the same permissions as the Owner except they cannot delete the organization.
All team members share the same balance and product library. There is no additional cost per team member -- invite as many people as your workflow requires.
Be careful when assigning the Admin role. Admins can manage billing, change integrations, and invite or remove other team members. Only grant this role to people you trust with full account control.
Changing or removing a member
To change a member's role or remove them from the organization, go to Settings > Team, find the member in the list, and use the options menu next to their name. Role changes take effect immediately.
