Create an Account

Sign up for Unload with email or Google, set up your organization, and optionally connect your Shopify store.

Create your Unload account

Setting up an Unload account takes about two minutes. You will need a valid email address or a Google account.

Go to the sign-up page

From the Unload homepage, click "Create account". You will see a registration form with fields for your name, email address, and password.

Alternatively, click "Continue with Google" to sign up instantly with your Google account. If you choose this option, skip to Step 3.

Fill in the registration form

Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters). Check the Terms of Service checkbox at the bottom of the form, then click "Create account".

You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to verify your address and activate your account.

Name your organization

After signing in for the first time, you will enter the onboarding flow. On the first screen, enter your organization name. This is typically your company or business name. It will appear across the platform and can be changed later in Settings > Organization.

Add your brands (optional)

On the second screen, you can list the brands you carry. Type brand names separated by commas. This step is optional -- click "Skip for now" if you prefer to add them later.

Connect your Shopify store (optional)

On the third screen, you can connect your Shopify store through the standard OAuth flow. Click "Connect to Shopify", authorize the Unload app on Shopify, and you will be redirected back automatically.

If you do not have a Shopify store yet or want to connect later, click "Skip for now". You can always connect from Settings > Integrations.

Your account is ready. Head to the Dashboard to upload your first supplier document.
