How Unload plans work, what counts against your monthly quota, and how to monitor your usage.
How billing works
Unload uses monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly quota of product sheets. A product sheet counts against your quota only when you publish (transfer) it to your store. Creating and enriching product sheets inside Unload is unlimited and included, even on the free plan.

What counts against your quota
Only transfers to your store. Importing files, AI enrichment (titles, descriptions, variants), the photo Studio, variant detection, and image fetching are all included at no extra cost.
Monitor your usage
Go to Settings > Billing to see your current plan, how many product sheets you have used this cycle, and your invoices. The quota resets at every billing cycle.
Creating and enriching never uses your quota. Build and refine your whole catalog freely, and the quota only moves when you publish to your store.
Example: a 100-product invoice
A supplier invoice with 100 products: importing it, generating titles and descriptions, fetching images, and polishing photos in the Studio are all included. Publishing those 100 products to your store uses 100 of your monthly product sheets. On the Starter plan that fits within your 100 sheets; for larger or more frequent imports, Pro (300) or Business (1,200) give you more headroom.
