Review Extracted Products
Review, edit, and validate the products the AI extracted from your documents before sending them to Shopify.
Review your extracted products
After processing, every product the AI identified appears on the Products page. This is where you verify accuracy, fix any errors, and get products ready for transfer.
Open the Products page
Click "Products" in the sidebar navigation. You will see a responsive grid of product cards. Use the search bar at the top to find a specific product by name or reference, or click the filter button to narrow results by Status, Source, or Date.
Open a product's detail panel
Click any product card to open its detail panel on the right side of the screen. The panel shows the product's title, description, price, and image gallery.
Edit product information
All fields in the detail panel are editable. Click on the title, description, or price to modify them directly. Changes save automatically.
In the image gallery, you can reorder images by dragging them, add new images, or remove images you do not need.
Use the toolbar for bulk actions
Back on the product grid, use the selection toolbar at the top to work with multiple products at once:
- Select / Select all -- check individual products or the entire page.
- Validate -- mark selected products as reviewed and ready.
- Archive -- hide products you do not want to transfer.
- Studio -- send selected product images to the Image Studio for batch processing.
- Send to Shopify -- transfer selected products directly to your store.
Add missing images with the Chrome extension
If the AI could not extract images from your document, install the Unload Chrome extension. When browsing a supplier's product page, hover over a product image to reveal the status bar with a camera icon. Click the "Prix" (price) and "Titre" (title) buttons to capture metadata. The extension sends images and data directly to your Unload product card.
Always double-check prices and variant details before transferring. The AI handles most data accurately, but wholesale invoices sometimes contain ambiguous formatting that can lead to incorrect variant assignments.
Archived products are hidden from the main grid and will not be included in transfers. You can restore them at any time by filtering for archived products.
What happens next
Once you are satisfied with your products, you can process images in the Studio or go straight to Send to Shopify to publish them.
