This privacy policy explains how Mobility Codes, operating under the commercial name Unload, collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

2. Data Collected

We collect the following data:

• Identity data: name, email address
• Account data: login credentials, preferences
• Usage data: uploaded documents, generated product cards

5. Data Storage

お客様のデータは、欧州連合（ベルギー）にあるGoogle Cloud Platformのサーバーに安全に保管されます。当社はデータ保護のために適切な技術的・組織的措置を講じています。アップロードされた書類は、商品シートが元の書類を参照し続けられるよう、アカウントが有効な間保管されます。いつでも削除でき、アカウント解約時には完全に削除されます。

6. Data Sharing

当社はお客様の個人データを販売しません。一部のプロバイダーは欧州連合外（特に米国）でデータを処理します。これらの移転は、適切な保護措置 — 欧州委員会の標準契約条項またはEU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework（該当する場合）— に基づいて行われます。当社の処理委託先の名称一覧は、privacy@unload.bot へのご請求により提供します。当社は以下と情報を共有することがあります：

• クラウドプロバイダー（Google Cloud、Firebase）— ホスティングおよびストレージ
• 請求・決済プロバイダー（Shopify Billing、Chargebeeで運用されるPrestaShop Billing、Stripe）— サブスクリプション管理および決済処理
• AI処理プロバイダー — 書類の自動抽出、画像の分析・生成、サポートアシスタント。当社の指示に基づく処理者として行動し、お客様のデータを自社目的で利用することはできません
• 画像検索プロバイダー — ウェブ上で商品画像を検索するため、商品のタイトルとブランド名を受け取ります
• メール配信プロバイダー — トランザクションメール
• ECプラットフォーム（Shopify、PrestaShop）— ストアとの商品同期
• 管轄当局 — 法律で義務付けられている場合

We use only necessary cookies for authentication. No advertising cookies.

9. Data Retention

アカウントの個人データは、アカウントの存続期間中およびその削除後3年間（時効期間）保管されます。会計データはフランス法に従い10年間保管されます。アップロードされた書類および商品データは、アカウントが有効な間保管され、アカウント解約時またはご要望に応じて削除されます。

11. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store, we access:

• Store information: shop name, domain, primary locale
• Product data: titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, inventory levels
• Product metadata: tags, collections, product types

Data used exclusively for syncing products to your store. We do not access customer data, orders, or payments.

Shopify tokens stored securely. Deleted immediately when you disconnect.

Complies with Shopify API Terms and GDPR webhooks for data deletion.

12. Chrome拡張機能 — 画像キャプチャ

Unload Image Capture拡張機能は、サプライヤーのウェブサイトから商品画像をUnloadの商品カードに直接保存できるオプションのコンパニオンツールです。

• 拡張機能はUnloadプラットフォームから明示的に開始されたキャプチャセッション中のみアクティブです
• 各画像キャプチャには手動クリックが必要です — 自動収集やバックグラウンド収集は行いません
• 明示的に選択した画像のURLのみがサーバーに送信されます
• 閲覧履歴、Cookie、フォームデータ、個人情報の収集やアクセスは行いません
• 拡張機能が非アクティブ時（キャプチャセッション外）はデータ収集を行いません

キャプチャした画像はサーバーによってダウンロードされ、商品カードの一部としてUnloadアカウント（Firebase Storage）に保存されます。これは商品画像の右クリック→保存→再アップロードという手動プロセスを置き換えます。

拡張機能は現在のページにキャプチャボタンを表示するための「activeTab」権限と、セッション状態を保持するための「storage」権限を要求します。閲覧履歴、ブックマーク、その他のブラウザデータへのアクセスは要求しません。

画像URLはダウンロードと保存のためにUnloadのFirebase Cloud Functionsに送信されます。第三者とのデータ共有は行いません。すべての通信はHTTPS暗号化を使用します。

13. PrestaShop連携

PrestaShopストアをUnloadに接続すると、当社は以下のデータにアクセスします：

• ストア情報：ストアURL、言語、通貨
• 商品データ：タイトル、説明、価格、バリエーション、画像、在庫数
• 商品メタデータ：カテゴリ、特徴、ブランド

これらのデータは、お客様が提供するPrestaShop Webserviceキーを通じて、Unloadの商品シートをPrestaShopストアに同期するためにのみ使用されます。顧客データ、注文、支払い情報にはアクセスしません。

WebserviceキーはGoogle Cloud Secret Managerに安全に保管され、ストアの接続解除時に削除されます。PrestaShop Billingから受信するサブスクリプションイベントは、プラン、ステータス、請求期間に限定され、支払い情報は含まれません。
