Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (EU). Documents are deleted after 30 days.

• Cloud service providers (Google Cloud, Firebase) - for hosting and storage
• Payment processors (Stripe) - for payment processing
• AI providers (Anthropic) - for document processing (data anonymized)
• E-commerce platforms (Shopify) - for product synchronization with your store
• Competent authorities - when required by law

11. Shopify Integration

When you connect your Shopify store, we access:

• Store information: shop name, domain, primary locale
• Product data: titles, descriptions, prices, variants, images, inventory levels
• Product metadata: tags, collections, product types

Data used exclusively for syncing products to your store. We do not access customer data, orders, or payments.

Shopify tokens stored securely. Deleted immediately when you disconnect.

Complies with Shopify API Terms and GDPR webhooks for data deletion.

12. Chrome拡張機能 — 画像キャプチャ

Unload Image Capture拡張機能は、サプライヤーのウェブサイトから商品画像をUnloadの商品カードに直接保存できるオプションのコンパニオンツールです。

• 拡張機能はUnloadプラットフォームから明示的に開始されたキャプチャセッション中のみアクティブです
• 各画像キャプチャには手動クリックが必要です — 自動収集やバックグラウンド収集は行いません
• 明示的に選択した画像のURLのみがサーバーに送信されます
• 閲覧履歴、Cookie、フォームデータ、個人情報の収集やアクセスは行いません
• 拡張機能が非アクティブ時（キャプチャセッション外）はデータ収集を行いません

キャプチャした画像はサーバーによってダウンロードされ、商品カードの一部としてUnloadアカウント（Firebase Storage）に保存されます。これは商品画像の右クリック→保存→再アップロードという手動プロセスを置き換えます。

拡張機能は現在のページにキャプチャボタンを表示するための「activeTab」権限と、セッション状態を保持するための「storage」権限を要求します。閲覧履歴、ブックマーク、その他のブラウザデータへのアクセスは要求しません。

画像URLはダウンロードと保存のためにUnloadのFirebase Cloud Functionsに送信されます。第三者とのデータ共有は行いません。すべての通信はHTTPS暗号化を使用します。
