How the balance system works

Unload uses a prepaid balance instead of monthly subscriptions. You add funds to your account and each operation deducts a small amount. There are no recurring charges, no tiers, and no commitments -- you pay only for what you use.

Free credits at signup

When you create your account, you receive free credits to test every feature. No credit card is required. These credits work exactly like purchased balance and cover product extraction, image processing, and transfers.

Operation costs

Here is what each type of operation costs:

The exact cost of any operation is displayed on screen before you confirm it. You will never be charged without seeing the amount first.

Monitor your spending

Go to Settings > Billing to see your full financial overview:

• Balance card -- Your current balance, total amount spent to date, and number of jobs processed.
• Usage chart -- A visual breakdown of your spending over time, so you can spot trends and plan top-ups.
• Transaction history -- A complete log of every top-up and every charge, with dates and amounts.

Top up when you need to

When your balance runs low, add funds from the same Billing page. You can choose from preset amounts (10, 25, 50, 100, or 200 EUR) or enter a custom amount. See Top Up Credits for the step-by-step process.

Example: Importing a 100-product invoice

For a supplier invoice with 100 products, each with 2 images and 3 variants:

• Product extraction: 100 x 0.02 EUR = ~2.00 EUR
• Image processing: 200 x 0.01 EUR = ~2.00 EUR
• Variant processing: 300 x 0.01 EUR = ~3.00 EUR
• Total: approximately 7.00 EUR

This is an estimate. Actual costs depend on the complexity of the documents and the specific operations you run.
